[ As silly as it was, Sheryl was feeling pretty cheery from that secret. She waited for Kamina by the front of her hotel, hoping that he'd actually wear appropriate clothing (i.e. a shirt) as she tapped her foot, humming to herself. This was a songwriting sort of mood. She was wearing her usual getup of aviators and a floppy hat; the sun had mostly set by now, but she liked being able to go around unrecognized. ]

Honestly, you're not going to lose me! [ C'MON WE'RE GOING TO THE COUNTER AWW YEAH ] Do you want anything specific, or just lots of burgers?

Well, yeah, I'm not gonna lose you, but I can walk with you. What kinda guy lets his--uh...friend who's a girl go by herself when he can go too? [WE'RE AT THE COUNTER YEAAAAAAAAAH] Lots and lots of burgers.

[ eyes the boy behind the counter, but he seems not to recognize her; she'd rather not have tabloid rumors about her having a boyfriend surfacing, which was the main reason she'd wanted him to stay back. But oh well, it doesn't seem to matter either way. She surveys the menu, hands on hips, for a few moments, before approaching the register ] One number two, two number fours, two number fives, a small chocolate shake, a large chocolate shake, and a number seven!

[the poor cashier looks like he's going to faint before meekly taking down the order. he stumbles backward when he stutters out the total. what kind of person was this if they had that kind of money to burn?

for his part, kamina is starry-eyed at everything in the restaurant. he kinda wants to play with the drink machine.]

--Did you want a soda? I just got you a shake. [ she hands over the cash to pay for the food, not noticing the cashier's reaction ]

[ STOP BEING ENDEARING FFFUUUUU she takes the tray loaded up with a million wrapped burgers to a booth, taking one off the top for her after setting the tray down ] You look like a kid in a candy store. Haven't you ever gotten fast food before?

[grabs the biggest burger on the table and begins to nom nom away happily] Never. It's really damn good too.

I've had better, but sometimes you just get a craving for something unhealthy, you know? [ she takes his discarded wrapper and smooths it out, pointing to the "DELUXE CHEESEBURGER" printed on it ] Next lesson!

[he peers over the side of his monster bacon triple cheeseburger made with 100% pure zentradi cow at the crinkled and greasy paper.] That last part's burger, ain't it?

Right! [ she pulls out her pen again, writing in block capitals on the cheeseburger wrapper, then turning it around ] S-H-E-R-Y-L.

Sheryl. [his lips quirk upward, just a little. he can make most of those letters on sight and now he knows 'y' and 'l' so theoretically...he can write her name. it's his favorite. you know. besides his own. his grin becomes a full-fledged smile.] That's you.

O-of course it is! I just said it was my name! [ WHAT IS THAT SMILE FOR KAMINA ffuuuuu she takes the page back and writes "KAMINA" in slightly bolder letters than necessary ] That one says "Big lump who eats too many burgers"!

That's too many words for that little bit of letters! [VICIOUS BITE OF DELICIOUS FOOD, GOD SEE IF HE GETS ALL SAPPY AGAIN] 'sides, I can tell there's some A's in that word! And I don't see "burgers" neither!
